Daniel León has over 15 years of experience in the legal sector, providing counsel to local and international companies in corporate law, business structuring, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance. He also has extensive experience in the formation and management of corporate entities both locally and in other jurisdictions, as well as in drafting and negotiating contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. His legal solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, promoting business sustainability.

Additionally, he has advised on regulatory compliance, helping companies implement internal policies that foster transparency and operational sustainability.

Daniel also assists companies and investors in establishing or expanding their operations in Panama, covering all aspects beyond corporate matters, including but not limited to work permits, residence visas, immigration processes, property acquisitions, and more.

Daniel León is graduated from the School of Law at the Universidad Interamericana de Panamá. He is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Governance of Panama and the Panama Association of Compliance Officers.
