Samuel Fernández has over 15 years of experience in corporate structuring as a tool for asset protection, tax planning, and business optimization. He specializes in the design, implementation and maintenance of business structures with international components, tailoring solutions to the specific needs of his clients.
Throughout his career, he has worked with traditional sectors such as commerce, real estate, logistics, and financial services, as well as emerging industries like technology, sports, and renewable energy. He has also advised on businesses aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), enabling him to address the nuances of both innovative and traditional markets with a strategic and sustainable approach.

Samuel Fernández holds an LL.B. from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá and a Master’s in Sports Law from Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía in Spain. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Governance of Panama, The Luxembourg Institute of Governance, and the International Bar Association (IBA).
