Basic personal information and data required to comply with our Know Your Client Policy and Due Diligence requirements such as name, date of birth, residential address, passport or ID number, copy of a utility bill, country of fiscal residence, business activity, financial background, among others etc.

Public information provided from compliance and public databases

We use your personal information to provide legal advice and services to you and for administration purposes such as invoicing.   In essence, we will only use your personal data in connection with our ordinary professional activities.

We also use your information to comply with our obligations in the agreement as signed with our clients to provide our services, for carrying out conflict checks and anti-money laundering searches, to comply with our legal obligations in the jurisdictions we operate and, to defend our legal rights and comply with court and/or administrative orders, should it be necessary.

Who do we share and how may we release information to?
In the course of our business relationship, we may provide information to:
